Overview
This software library is a programmatic interface that allows for the control of various settings of the DS8R Biphasic Constant Current Stimulator produced by Digitimer Ltd. and other compatible devices. This interface consists of two parts. The first part is a wrapper API that interacts with DLL supplied by Digitimer. The second part uses Python’s ctypes to interface with the wrapper API, which allows applications written in Python to control DS8R and dll-compatible devices. However, the wrapper API’s simplified data structures and method calls allow other programming languages to interface with the library as well.
