Overview
A unique restriction enzyme, NgoFI, was identified in high yeilds from Neisseria gonnorhoea. The recognition sequence of this enzyme has been identified, and the biological properties, stability and yield of the enzyme have been determined. Level of expeseion is very small so the cut and recognition sites are not known.Contact Info
